Chad Wynn
Vice President, Business Partnerships at Texas Rangers Baseball Club
Wednesday, November 30th - 4:00pm
UNT Lyceum

Join alumnus Chad Wynn (’05) as he talks about his experiences in learning to “play ball” through life & business.

Chad Wynn is a Texas native and UNT alum (’05) who was born with a deep love for baseball.

Growing up in Sunnyvale, Texas with his paternal grandparents, Gordon and Cecilia Wynn, he often found himself attending Rangers games at Arlington Stadium. As a child, one of his fondest memories was attending the All-Star Game on July 10, 1995 at The Ballpark in Arlington.

Over the years, Wynn has turned his passion into a profession.

Joining the Rangers front office in 2006, Wynn spent four seasons working in various roles for the ticket sales department, and after the 2009 season he was asked to join the business partnerships team.

For more than a decade, Wynn has helped the department secure three naming rights partnerships and open the Rangers’ beautiful new home, Globe Life Field. Two of the biggest highlights of his career have been back-to-back American League pennants in 2010 and 2011.

Wynn currently serves as the Vice President of Partnerships for the Rangers, overseeing new business development for the team, collegiate events at Globe Life Field, Texas Live!, Dallas Jackals and Choctaw Stadium. He is happily married to the love of his life, Catherine Wynn, and they have two beautiful children together, Brynlee (5) and Nolan (10 months) in Colleyville, Texas.
