Biography: 

Jonathon Fite joined the University of North Texas in the Fall of 2009 as an Adjunct Professor with the Department of Marketing and Logistics.  Over the next several years he taught both undergraduate and graduate level classes in Logistics Strategy and Supply Chain Analytics.  He also designed and delivered a new Logistics Business Analysis class blending logistics, management consulting and value analysis domains.  

In 2014, Jonathon expanded his service to UNT to design and deliver a custom Value Investing Strategies class for the Department of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Law.  In 2016, he also began teaching Operations Management and that fall became a Lecturer and Advisor for the Operations Management program.

Jonathon is a founding Partner of KMF Investments, a value-oriented investment firm focused on deeply undervalued companies. KMF seeks to drive long-term capital appreciation in its investments by applying strategic, operational and financial insights. Mr. Fite serves on the Board of Directors of TransAtlantic Petroleum, a portfolio holding, and the University of North Texas Foundation.

Prior to founding the fund in 2008, he worked nearly 10 years as Strategic Consultant at Accenture, advising Fortune 500 clients on key initiatives to improve shareholder value including mergers and acquisitions, supply chain operations and process reengineering. 

Mr. Fite graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering. He and his wife live in Denton, TX.
