For over twelve years Lucy Turek has worked in public accounting. She began her career as an intern, where she learned the fundamentals of accounting by providing bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services. Her experience has grown to include tax preparation focused on real estate investments, financial and lending services, and professional service firms. Lucy has a passion for ensuring client tax compliance and tax return audit resolution by corresponding with various taxation authorities.
Lucy is a committee member, and former graduate, of the Dallas CPA Society’s Leadership Development Academy. She also served as a 2017-2018 Committee Chair of the Dallas CPA Society’s Young Professional Group. She is an active alumna of North Texas; serving on the Department of Accounting Junior Advisory Board and as an Advisor for Kappa Kappa Gamma.
