Biography:
Samantha Jordan is an assistant professor in the department of Management. She joined the University of North Texas in the Summer of 2021 after earning her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Florida State University. Samantha's research interests include self-serving work behavior, interpersonal mistreatment, diversity/inclusion, and the work-family interface. Her research has appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, Group & Organization Management, Applied Psychology, Human Resource Management Review, among several other journal outlets.
