Biography: 

Fizza Kanwal is a third-year PhD Management candidate. She has worked as a research associate and a lecturer of management for five years. She is trained in research methods including content analysis, ego network analysis and structural equation modeling. Her research interests include crowdfunding, employee resilience and social networks.
