Biography: 

Charles Curtis is a retired senior business information technology leader and project leader with experience in aerospace and higher education. He has extensive experience integrating I.T. solutions to achieve business results in complex engineering and manufacturing firms. He also has manufacturing management experience, extensive knowledge of aircraft manufacture and operations, and recent experience improving systems and leading facility renovation projects in higher education environments.

Charles received his BA from Austin College and his MBA from SMU.

His work experience includes working for Austin College, Bell Helicopter, and Textron.  Charles also does extensive volunteer work to include the Tarrant County Food Bank, Austin College, and the UNT Professional Leadership Program (PLP).

Charles served as a representative on the UNT College of Business Advisory Board from 2010-2015, first as a representative of the ITDS advisory board, then as a full college advisory board member.
