Biography:
John Kelly received his B.A. (1976) and M.A. (1978) from UNT. He worked for Atlantic Richfield (ARCO) for 22 years in Dallas, Anchorage, Houston and Los Angeles. He served as the Global Head of Human Resources, Aviation and Office Services for ARCO from 1993-2000. John then joined the Capital Group Companies, one of the largest investment management firms in the world, in 2002. John was the global head of Human Resources at Capital Group for 12 years and was a member of the company's board. John has served on the southern California non profit boards of Junior Achievement, Urban League, Inroads and Ability First.
