Biography:
As vice president of Sales for Mary Kay Inc., Allyson Sellers is responsible for sales force development, sales force education, and total rewards.
During Allyson’s 29-year tenure at Mary Kay Inc, she has held various positions in manufacturing, human resources, communications, and marketing. She was selected by the Global Executive Team as Mary Kay’s Leader of the year in 2013. In 2021, she was selected as one of the top 100 Women Leaders in Consumer Products and currently serves on the Direct Selling Education Foundation Board of Directors. Allyson earned a Bachelor of Science in journalism from The University of North Texas in 1994 and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Dallas in 2004.
