Biography: 

Heather Trotter develops high performing teams, sets a bold vision, and drives innovation and agility to deliver results. She is an Executive Coach who leverages this skill with her team and associates at The Coca-Cola Company. Her 20 years at Coca-Cola includes roles in marketing, sales, key accounts, and leading large teams. Today Heather is the Senior Vice-President, Customer Leadership Foodservice, South at The Coca-Cola Company. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia leading the Foodservice Sales and Marketing organization for the South Zone.

Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Heather began her foodservice career with Burger King Corporation where she held roles in brand marketing and global advertising. She credits this experience as a key enabler to her success in the foodservice industry.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of North Texas where she graduated during the Centennial in 1990. At UNT she began developing her leadership by taking advantage of opportunities the University had to offer. This included leadership roles in the Greek system where she founded Kappa Theta Delta, a local sorority which affiliated with Kappa Kappa Gamma in 1989, and of which she is a Charter Member and served as VP Programming. She was also elected to the esteemed NT40 where she gained exposure to the Administration including past Chancellor Alfred Hurley.

In addition, Heather has an Executive Coaching Diploma from Emory University Goizueta Business School. She is on the Board of the National Restaurant Association Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA), the Board of Directors for the Georgia Restaurant Association, the UNT G. Brint Ryan College of Business Advisory Board, and previously served on the Board of Trustees for Reinhardt University. She is a longtime member of Women in Foodservice Forum. Heather lives in Johns Creek, Georgia with her husband Scott, they recently became empty nesters with daughter Avery, and son Rob both in college.
