Janice Kosanovich has been a Supply Chain executive for 32 years, currently leading Transportation Services for PepsiCo North America. Her scope includes Inbound Raw Materials managed freight for Pepsi Beverages North America, the PLCI Freight Brokerage business and the Carrier Intelligence Center (CIC). The CIC is responsible for Carrier Procurement of $2.6B in contracted freight/year across all PepsiCo business units, Carrier Claims Management, Reverse Logistics, and Carrier Payables. Additionally, her team is responsible for the Network Optimization of 8000 truckloads per day using a Blue Yonder TMS solution across all PepsiCo North America business units.
Janice’s career with PepsiCo started with Frito-Lay field operations roles in Manufacturing, Supply Chain planning, Transportation and In-Market DC Operations before moving to Plano, TX to work at Frito-Lay North America HQ. She has held roles in Sales Productivity and Transformation & Strategy in addition to other Supply Chain roles since moving to Texas.
