Dr. Zhiling Guo holds the G. Brint Ryan Professorship in the Department of Information Technology and Decision Sciences at the University of North Texas. She received her Ph.D. in Management Science and Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. Her current research focuses on platform business models, FinTech innovations, digital payments, cloud computing, and data analytics. Her works appear in Management Science, MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, INFORMS Journal on Computing, Journal of Management Information Systems, Production and Operations Management, among others. She has served as Associate Editor for MIS Quarterly and currently serves as Associate Editor for INFORMS Journal on Computing, Senior Editor for Production and Operations Management and Decision Support Systems, and Executive Editor for Information Systems Frontiers.
