Biography:
Ronnie Jia is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology & Decisions Sciences in the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas. His research currently focuses on IT-related individual traits, neurodiversity and its implications for the IT workforce, and negative impacts of technology use. His work has appeared in MIS Quarterly, Journal of Association of Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Journal of Autism & Developmental Disorders, and other journals and conferences.
