Benita D. Tubbs is a Supply Chain Transformation Manager at Frito-Lay, Inc. Frito-Lay, Inc. produces some of your favorite iconic brands such as Fritos, Lays, Doritos, Cheetos and Tostitos. The company’s headquarters is in Plano, TX and manufactures these iconic brands right here in the Dallas metroplex.
Currently Benita’s priority at Frito-Lay, Inc. is Sales & Operations Planning where she is working on redesigning the consensus planning process that will improve cross-functional alignment across the business. With her background in manufacturing, supply planning, and project management she is primed to make a lasting impact on the future of Frito-Lay, Inc.
Benita is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. She also holds certificates in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and SCRUM Fundamentals.
In her free time Benita is passionate about giving back to her community. You can find her on the weekends volunteering for Soupmobile in Dallas and mentoring others. She also enjoys traveling the world and practicing baking her grandmother’s recipes.
